Support Our Efforts All Year Round, Starting Today

Dear friends,

These are dark times in our world with serious divisions between people, a lack of empathy and coherent policy on so many difficult issues confronting us daily in every community. Too many individuals, families and communities are suffering, especially around behavioral health challenges. Every day the news is a reminder about the necessity of refocusing our efforts on what is in front of us, bringing people together for positive change and instilling a message of hope about what is possible for us to achieve together.

During the past year, the Mental Health Foundation has worked tirelessly to build a better future. We have strengthened bridges with with many allies, improved our capacity to share information and enhance understanding about best evidence-based practices in the treatment and policy around behavioral health. Most importantly, we have lined up the plans for an exciting and stimulating national conference, Progress Made Possible: Evidence, Insight and More from the Front Lines of Community Mental Health Challenges, scheduled for Burlington, MA next May 17-19, 2020.

A formal announcement is coming shortly with our marquee presenters and an outline of the program. Please save the date in the meantime, share the information and plan to join with us along with dedicated practitioners and thought-leaders from across the country, as we showcase real examples of impact. This program, developed in conjunction with our friends at the Institute for Behavioral Health Care Improvement (IBHI) and other partners, builds on the previous conferences we  helped present in San Antonio, TX and Miami, FL in recent years. It is our intention to bring together diverse stakeholders and serve as a catalyst for a more inclusive approach to behavioral health.
