PAST EVENTS Mental Health Foundation’s August Evening in Saratoga The Mental Health Foundation’s annual August Evening in Saratoga once again confronted a serious challenge head on. Featured speaker Lynn Grefe, Chief Executive Officer of the National Eating Disorders Association spoke eloquently about the ways that eating disorders take a mental and physical toll on an estimated 10 million Americans each year. Former New York First Lady Matilda Cuomo, a Foundation board member, and first Lady of Saratoga Marylou Whitney served as Honorary chairs for the event and greeted guests along with Mrs. Whitney’s husband, John Hendrickson at Saratoga National Golf Course.
